It is dry-aged in large-space cold stores, during which the meat becomes velvety and tender. We can make delicious meats with low baking loss. Thanks to its marbling, it actually fries in its own fat.

Hubertus Bt. launched the special Angus beef on the market three years ago. The animals raised on feed grown on the pastures of Nagyberek are of extremely high quality, which is processed in the Pásztói Meat Plant in accordance with all prescribed regulations. Hubertus Bt. is committed to quality and sustainability, including Terra Pannonia products, behind which an extremely developed farm has been established.
