Bavarian noble fermentation process

After the usual top fermentation process, the famous "Erdinger noble" yeast is added to the young beer, and after bottling, the wheat beer is stored for four weeks at an optimum temperature for perfect fermentation. In this phase, its multifaceted aroma and the multitude of finely sparkling bubbles develop.
