The small cucumber is easy to ferment, one of the most characteristic elements of Hungarian cuisine. Regardless of the fact that you can consume it in a different form than the "traditional" cucumber, its vitamin content is high. You can also find vitamins A1 and B in it. It can be an excellent refreshment on summer days. Feel free to consume it. The cluster cucumber, also known as French cucumber, is 20-25 centimeters long. There are two types in this group: the thorny and the smooth-skinned cucumber. Its color is intense green, its taste is more noticeable.
