Product information
Recommended for making pancakes. 

Ingredients 
(for 1 pancake) 40 g flour mix, 5 g erythritol (or granulated sweetener/sugar according to diet), 75 g water.

Preparation

1.  Heat up a pancake pan.
2. Measure out the water, add the sugar/sweetener.
3. Then add 40 g of flour mix.
4. Mix quickly with a hand whisk until it reaches pancake batter consistency.
5. Fry in an oiled pan, similar to traditional pancake batter. (Fry without resting!)
