Roasted potato seasoning
Recipe idea: Seasoned roasted potatoes
Ingredients
1 kg potatoes, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp Horváth Rozi Roasted potato seasoning, 2 tbsp olive oil.
Preparation
- Put the potatoes in cold water with their skins on, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of salt, then cover and start cooking. Cook for 15 minutes from when the water starts to boil.
- Drain, leave the skins on and cut into larger wedges.
- Mix with the Horváth Rozi Roasted potato seasoning and the olive oil, then bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Serve fresh and hot.
- Tip: The slightly pre-cooked potatoes will be soft on the inside and crispy on the outside after baking.
