Wein's air-cured ham

We recommend Wein's air-cured ham for making sandwiches and cold platters, but it can also be consumed on its own, as a delicious delicacy.

Ham has a long tradition in the German Wein family: since 1966, they have been making their specialities in the small town of Freudenstadt-Musbach, in the middle of the Black Forest. The classic is of course the real Black Forest ham, which is smoked over local pine and juniper branches. The fine taste of the products is due to the selected raw materials and the proven family recipe. Their most important ingredients: quality, care and patience. They pay attention to every detail, from the selection of the raw materials to the packaging.
