Coleslaw cabbage salad

Coleslaw salad, or American coleslaw, is one of the most popular salads in English-speaking countries. It is very tasty and also healthy. It is high in vitamin E, and raw white cabbage contains a lot of vitamin C, as well as high levels of iron and calcium. But it is also rich in vitamins A, B6, B12, D, and K. It can be eaten on its own as a snack, put in a sandwich, but it also goes very well with roasts. It is an essential part of grilling.
