Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water is a unique tonic for sophisticated spirits drinkers. With the addition of Provencal and Sicilian botanicals, floral and fruit oils. The tonic has a delicate floral flavour, which is the perfect complement to a silky vodka or neat gin.

In 2004, Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow began making tonics from natural and fresh ingredients, where the main focus was to create premium natural drinks without artificial preservatives and sweeteners! This is how they created the Fever-Tree Premium Tonic by 2005. The brand name comes from the popular name of the Chincona tree (fever tree). The bark of this tree is used to extract high-quality quinine, which is the main ingredient in tonics. The quinine used for the tonics comes from plantations in eastern Congo, where the purest quinine is found, but the country is so dangerous that Fever-Tree is the only beverage company that sources this ingredient from there. Fever-Tree drinks are highly carbonated, with small, elegant bubbles for a smoother taste! Cane sugar is always used as a sweetener. The citrus flavour of Fever-Tree drinks comes from the "sfumatrice" lemon extract.
