Fusilli pasta made from chickpeas and brown rice
Made from Tuscan chickpeas and brown rice. Rummo's spiral-shaped Fusilli pasta is a delicious partner for your favourite sauces. Its pleasant taste and texture make it easy to prepare and put a healthy meal on the table.

Ingredients
- 340 g Rummo Fusilli N° 48
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 jar of tomato sauce
- 1 cup of pitted black olives
Preparation
- Slice the olives, sauté the garlic in the olive oil, then add the tomato sauce, olives and capers. Leave on the heat for a few more minutes to allow the flavours to blend well.
- Then put a pot of water on to boil, add salt and cook the pasta for 9 minutes. Once the time is up, drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and it is ready to serve.
