Ingredients

• 340 g Rummo Fusilli N° 48
• 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons capers
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 jar of tomato sauce
• 1 cup of pitted black olives

Preparation

1. Slice the olives, sauté the garlic in the olive oil, then add the tomato sauce, olives and capers. Leave on the heat for a few more minutes to allow the flavours to blend well.
2. Then put a pot of water on to boil, add salt and cook the pasta for 9 minutes. Once the time is up, drain the pasta, add it to the sauce and it is ready to serve.
