Dr. Oetker Cake Coating is a premium

With Dr. Oetker Tortabevonó ét prémium you can create a delicious, high cocoa content glaze to make your finished delicacies even more special. You can melt the cake coating easily by placing the bag in hot water for a few minutes, so you can pour the melted coating directly from the bag onto the cake.

Use

To be prepared in a water bath.

1. Place the bag in hot water (approx. 75°C) for about 8 minutes.
2. When the cake coating has completely melted, cut off one corner of the bag.
3. Pour the cake coating directly from the bag onto the cake and smooth it out with a knife. You can reuse the remaining cake coating by heating it.

The history of Dr. Oetker dates back to 1891: this is when pharmacist Dr. August Oetker experimented with the now classic baking powder. The company's headquarters are still located in Bielefeld, but Dr. Oetker products are available in 40 countries around the world outside of Germany. The European and overseas organizations employ nearly 8,000 people. Throughout the company's more than 100-year history, the Oetker family has always played an active role in the management of the company.

Oetker products appeared in Hungary shortly after the foundation, at the beginning of the last century. Today, 350 people work in the Budapest office and the Jánossomorja factory. The brand is present in grocery stores with more than a hundred different products, almost all of which are the most popular in their own category. Independent research results prove: Dr. Oetker is one of the best known, most popular and most frequently used food brands in Hungary. Dr. Oetker Hungary has won the Superbrands award ten times.

Dr. Oetker strives to use environmental resources as sparingly as possible, to avoid endangering people and the environment, and to continuously develop all procedures and processes with the aim of further reducing the environmental impact.
