Éden Premium Chickpea Flour is ground chickpea, which can be used for cream soups, pâtés, but also for making hummus cream. Recommended spices include onion, parsley, marjoram, paprika, savory, and soy sauce. Chickpea is rich in dietary fiber, so it can support our digestion. Consuming fibrous foods can help with proper metabolism, and plays an important role in regulating blood sugar levels. Chickpea may contain abundant carotene, vitamins B1, B6, and E, and among minerals, iron, magnesium, and zinc. Due to its high folic acid content, its consumption is recommended for pregnant women.
