The company, which is still 100% Hungarian-owned, was founded in 1986 by four private individuals led by Ottó Prohászka. The company started practically from scratch and has since grown into a medium-sized company, finding its place in both domestic and foreign markets.

The company gained a foothold in the then narrow domestic market with its patented ice cream powder production and has been a defining member of the Hungarian food industry ever since. Thanks to new and new developments, they have also managed to conquer other areas of the food industry. Their specialty is the production and distribution of powder-based foods.
