Redfish fillet with fresh skin
It is found in the North and Baltic Seas and the northeastern part of the Atlantic Ocean. Its meat is white, mild in flavor, and low in fat. It is excellent when fried, grilled, and steamed.
Preparation:
Redfish fillet with fresh skin can be excellently prepared in the oven or in a pan. Since the flesh of the flounder is thin and delicate, it is best to simply season it with salt and pepper and then fry it in butter.
- In the oven: Bake at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
- In a pan: Fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
