The most delicious, most tender part of the meat, the emu tenderloin.  Excellent base material for grilled dishes, carpaccio or meatloaf. Vacuum-packed, quick-frozen.

Interesting fact

An adult emu carries its head at a height of 170-180 cm and weighs about 35-40 kilograms. Unlike most animals, the rooster and the hen cannot be distinguished by their external features, only by their voices - the rooster grunts, the hen makes a drumming sound.

They have expanded the profile of their family business by creating an infrastructure suitable for processing the meat of farmed animals.  They built a meat processing manufactory so that they could cut, package, store chilled and frozen the high-quality meat in a professional manner and in full compliance with food safety regulations.
