8-9-10% alcohol drinks are flying as usual, but they have finally prepared a lighter novelty... The GO LOKO Fruity Pastry Gose with strawberry and rhubarb was brewed in collaboration with the Dublin-based RASCALS. (With them, they also brewed a light mango, passion fruit, sea buckthorn sour called LOCO SOUR.) Full-bodied yet light thirst-quencher with low alcohol content, fantastic colour and crispy fruits. Worth trying!

Mad-X was initially a working name to somehow fit the concept they were discussing. Then it dragged on so long to find a name for it that they eventually loved it so much that it stuck. In 2018, they were at a crossroads in several ways, as - as a well-functioning plant - they had to define the direction for the future of Mad Scientist. They started out in the direction of a medium-sized regional brewery.

In 2018, they got tough on Maglódi út, so they had to decide where they saw themselves in the longer term. Finally, they decided to stay - and against the concept of a huge factory - and designated an area of approximately 1000+600 square meters where they would design the final brewery. Such decisions are terribly stressful, because they will often determine the market position of the brewery for years to come. In the end, they decided not to become a medium-sized regional brewery and started producing a wide range of unique products.

To showcase how their company works, they started blogging on the internet, where you can find all sorts of tricks of the trade in professional brewing.
