Fattori - Soave Classico Runcaris

100% Garganega grape variety, excellent quality Veneto white wine. The grapes come from 25-year-old plantations, with 3500 vines per hectare in the estate's vineyards. Made from excellent grapes, hand-picked at the end of September. Straw yellow color, with a greenish border, its aroma is characterized by citrus fruits, sage, nettle, meadow grass. When tasted, it shows a beautiful balance, medium body, minerality, very rich flavor.    

• Excellent aperitif, goes well with raw fish and shellfish, also excellent with sushi.

Storage

In a cool place, away from light and heat sources. After opening, if the bottle is professionally closed with a champagne stopper, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
