Potato pancake with garlic and marjoram
Potato pancake is a traditional dish popular in our region. It is widely consumed in Hungary, but also in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the Baltic States. Aviko potato pancake flavoured with garlic and marjoram can be eaten on its own, e.g. with sour cream, or as a side dish to a variety of meals.
Safety warning
Do NOT refreeze after thawing!
Instructions
- In a pan: at 175°C for 3-5 minutes.
- In the oven: at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
Storage
Store frozen at -18°C.
