The founder of the Portuguese canning factory "Conserveira do sul" worked in the fish processing industry from the age of 9 and founded his cannery at the age of 51, which achieved great success within a few years. He ran the factory with his 3 children until 1970, when he retired.
In addition to modernizing the factory and continuously improving quality, they have preserved the old traditions of fish canning: to this day, the products are made by hand, without the use of dyes or preservatives.

Their main products are made from sardines, sardinella, tuna, mackerel, horse mackerel and anchovies. Their recipes include traditional Portuguese flavors, thanks to which they win awards for several of their products every year.
All of their products are gluten-free certified!

Use

We recommend that you consume it after opening as an appetizer or main course with toast. You can make cold and hot sandwiches from it; or you can use it as an ingredient to make delicacies, salads, cooked or fried dishes.
