Le Grand Lejon is the leading producer of smoked and marinated fish products in northern Brittany, who has been making its products according to old traditions since 1953. Their products are made from simple, quality (MSC sustainable fisheries) and healthy ingredients ("Clean Label" - clean label), without palm oil, flavor enhancers and artificial colors. Their goal is to make rillettes, dips, traditional fish soups from fish and shellfish caught along the Breton coast. Recently, they have expanded their product range with algae products, which also come from organic farming along the Breton coast.

Rillettes and dips are most often eaten for breakfast or dinner as a main meal. In addition, we can make canapé sandwiches for parties, appetizers for guests or lunch with them. Due to their long shelf life and packaging, they can be easily taken anywhere: for a picnic, to work, to school, on a trip. Most often they are consumed on toasted bread, toast or salty biscuits, but they can also be put on blinis (Russian-style leavened pancakes). You can also offer fresh salad, seasonal vegetables, and spicy onion confit (link) with the rillettes. Dips can be dipped with various chips, snacks, grissinis or even raw vegetables cut into sticks (celery, cucumber, carrot).
