Recipe

Coleslaw, as it is also known, the American cabbage salad, is a very simple and delicious dish to prepare.

Ingredients

• 1 pack of Eisberg Cabbage Salad
• 3 tablespoons of Eisberg Yoghurt Salad Dressing
• 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt
• 1 handful of walnuts
• 1 apple

Preparation

1. Cut the apple into smaller pieces, chop the walnuts and set aside. Mix the 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt and the 3 tablespoons of Eisberg yoghurt dressing in a large bowl.
2. Unpack the Eisberg Cabbage Salad and pour it into the bowl. Sprinkle the chopped apple and walnuts on top and gently mix with the dressing.
3. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavours to blend and the tasty and healthy coleslaw salad is ready to eat.
