A pinch of crystal clear Parajdi salt is added to the famous Székely potato from far and wide, thus creating the Parajdi Sós Csíki Csipsz. The salt used for flavoring comes from the most famous mine in Transylvania, the Parajd salt mine, which is free from any environmental pollution.

Producer information

The Székely potato is like rock and roll: it came from America, took root, and became a necessity of life. In Transylvania, potato growing has centuries of producer experience and tradition, and this is especially true in Székelyföld.

During the processing of the potato, only quality, GMO-free raw materials are used. During the baking process, special, 100% sunflower oil is used, which, thanks to its high oleic acid and unsaturated fatty acid content, can have a good effect on cholesterol levels. No preservatives are used, and all spices and the entire plant are certified gluten-free.
