Nativus Premium venison stew

Venison stew is a fascinating choice for those who would like to discover the taste and nutritional properties of wild venison meat. Its freshness and quality guarantee that the meal will be exceptional and mouth-watering. Venison stew with red wine
Ingredients
- 550 grams of venison
- 3 red onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 level tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- half a tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 6 juniper berries
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon of tomato purée
- 2 tablespoons of pork fat
- 1 paprika
- 1 tomato
- 1.5 dl of good quality red wine
Preparation
Fry the red onion in the melted pork fat until glassy, then add the diced paprika, tomato, tomato purée and fry them together. When the base of the stew has softened, add the paprika, the finely chopped garlic and the pre-diced meat. If the meat has released some water, add the red wine and the other spices (salt, pepper, cumin, juniper, bay leaf). When the meal is ready, serve it with dumplings or parsley potatoes.

Their Sous Vide Doe Leg product was awarded the Grand Prize of the Food Industry I. at the 80th National Agricultural and Food Industry Exhibition (OMÉK) held within the framework of the World Hunting Exhibition in 2021.
