Product description

Breaded, pre-fried, defrosted vegan bites based on soy protein. Golden brown and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. Just like nuggets should be. Try it with your favourite dip, in a Caesar salad or in a tortilla wrap.

Preparation suggestion

• In a pan: Fry in a preheated pan over medium heat with the addition of 1 tbsp. oil for 6-8 minutes.
• In the oven: Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 7-9 minutes. In an air fryer: Bake in an air fryer preheated to 180 °C for 5-6 minutes.

Recipe

1. PREPARE THE CABBAGE

Cut the cabbage into thin strips. Knead it a little with your fingertips and season with salt, pepper, lemon juice, olive oil and a spoonful of vegan sauce, mayonnaise alternative.

2. CUT THE TOMATOES

Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix with a little sriracha sauce.

3. CUT THE HERBS

Chop the herbs and 1 teaspoon of capers, then mix them with the remaining vegan sauce and dressing, mayonnaise and yoghurt alternative.

4. BAKE THE NUGGETS

Bake the Garden Gourmet Vegan Nuggets according to the instructions on the package, then heat the tortillas one by one briefly in a hot pan on both sides until they start to brown.

5. SERVE THE DISH

Put the salad in the tortilla, then the vegan nuggets. Sprinkle the dish with extra parsley, dill and capers, then serve it with a spicy sauce and the sriracha salsa.

 - ¼ head of red cabbage

 - 1/4 head of white cabbage

 - 6 cocktail tomatoes

 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
