Ingredients
For 4 servings

  • 1 small sprig of rosemary
  • 75 g Alnatura margarine
  • 75 g Alnatura fine oat flakes
  • 50 g Alnatura type 405 wheat flour
  • 60 g pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Alnatura sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Alnatura raw cane sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Alnatura yeast flakes
  • 2 small courgettes
  • 90 g Alnatura Origin Kalamata olives (½ jar)
  • 1 tablespoon Alnatura olive oil
  • 400 ml homemade, oven-baked tomato sauce (or 1 jar of Alnatura Toscana tomato sauce)

Preparation

  1. Wash the rosemary, shake off the water to dry it, remove the leaves and chop finely. In a bowl, quickly knead together the margarine, oat flakes, flour, pine nuts, salt, sugar, yeast flakes and chopped rosemary. Put this crumbly mixture in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the fan oven to 180°C (200°C for top/bottom heat). Wash the courgettes, dry them, then cut them in half lengthways and diagonally into 1 cm wide pieces. Drain the olives in a colander.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the courgettes for 4 minutes, then pour over the tomato sauce. Add the olives, mix well and pour into a baking dish.
  4. Take the crumbly mixture out of the refrigerator and crumble it coarsely over the courgettes in tomato sauce. Put in the oven and bake on the middle shelf for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
