Falukrém Eggplant Cream

We make it from fresh eggplant, which we grill individually to give it a smoky flavor, then mix it with our own mayonnaise (made from fresh eggs, freshly squeezed lemon, Dijon mustard, without added sugar), and enrich it with fresh chives, freshly ground pepper, and onions.

How to use:

Spread on toast or on its own, as a dip, for dipping

They make products, creams, in which the flavors of our childhood return, combined with some piquancy and novelty. Their creams do not contain any preservatives, additives, colorings, and they also source their raw materials from the best sources, so maintaining high quality has been and will always be the most important aspect for them. Everything is handmade, from fresh ingredients.

Until now, the Falukrém deli version was only available in Budapest, in markets, delicatessens, but there is a growing demand for smaller packaging, which is now available in 140 g form, in 6 flavors and in 320 g casino eggs.

Storage

Store between 0 -5 C degrees without breaking the cold chain. Consume within 2 days of opening.
