PANARINI Trout, whole gutted, smoked
Trout is the common name for certain freshwater fish species belonging to the subfamily Salmoninae of the family Salmonidae. Fish meat - white or pale pink. They contain a large amount of beneficial fatty acids, macro- and microelements, which are very valuable for the human body: they can slow down the appearance of wrinkles and relieve depression, prevent the accumulation of harmful waste products. They clean the blood vessels, improve blood circulation, brain function, and normalize metabolism. Lecithin, iron, vitamins A, B, E, D, easily digestible fats and high-value proteins regulate blood pressure, improve skin condition, keep hemoglobin within normal limits, and slow down the aging of the body. We recommend it for salads, sandwiches, cold platters, cold kitchen preparations, wine tastings.
Smoked trout fillet recipe:
- Wash the salad potatoes and beetroot, boil them separately in salted water until soft, drain and cool in cold water, then drain and drip again. Then cut the potatoes into wedges. Peel and quarter the beetroot, then cut into thin slices. Also wash and dry the radish, arugula, and lettuce leaves. Slice the radish thinly.
- Mix the squeezed pickled grated horseradish with sour cream, 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt and a little milk so that it is runny but has a sauce consistency, season with a little pepper.
- Gently mix the leaves and vegetables in a mixing bowl and pour a little olive oil over them. Pile on a plate, pour over the horseradish sauce, then place 1 slice of smoked trout fillet on top. If desired, the fillet can be heated in the oven, grill mode, on baking paper with a little oil.
