Fish meat has a high and complete protein content, low carbohydrate content, is rich in vitamins and minerals, and its essential fatty acids (Omega 3-6-9) have a beneficial effect on our vascular and cardiovascular systems, which our bodies cannot produce themselves and can only be ingested from external sources. Their aim is to make their fish and fish products available to everyone in some form, whether on restaurant menus or on the shelves of hypermarkets and shops.
