Product description
Slightly sour, slightly carbonated dairy product made from cow's milk. It is very healthy, so it is worth including it in your diet every day. It can be used on its own, in salads or even in cakes.
Unlike whole milk, cheese, yoghurt and kefir, it contains vitamins A, B2, B11 and B12, and its beneficial effects on the body are undeniable.
From goat's milk they make semi-hard and three types of flavoured (Hungarian, spicy, plain) fresh cheese, as well as goat's cheese balls, goat's cream cheese, goat's yoghurt and kefir.
From sheep's milk they produce semi-hard cheeses, sheep's curd and fresh sheep's cheese balls and sheep's cream cheese.
From cow's milk since 2009 their company has also started producing Lajta and Győr-Moson-Sopron County Delicacy (Ilmici) cheeses, and since 2010 this has been supplemented by the production of Pálpusztai cheese. These products are treated with lipstick flora. In addition to these, they also produce traditional long-aged cow's cheese and cow's cheese balls in their factory.
