Frittmann Irsai Olivér dry white wine 2024

The straw-yellow wine has an intense aroma filled with flowers, citrus fruits, green apples and peaches. When tasted, the first impression is the momentum given by the crispy acids, which is accompanied by a light body and low alcohol content. The taste clearly follows the aromas that define the scent, the aftertaste says goodbye with green spice and lime associations. It is a really great thirst quencher despite being a fragrant wine.

Producer information
János and István Frittmann are at home in all areas of fermentation technology due to their qualifications, but they primarily consider themselves viticulturists and winemakers. They both graduated from the food industry secondary school, they attended the Toldi Miklós Food Industry Secondary School in Nagykőrös. Since their parents and grandparents also worked full-time with grapes and wine, the two boys have been immersed in every detail of grape and cellar work since childhood. János started working independently with grapes and wine in 1982 on his parents' vineyard. They have been working together with his brother, István, as private entrepreneurs since 1987, and then in the form of an LLC since 1998. Since then, the whole family has played a role in the viticulture and winemaking activities.

Storage
Store in a dark, closed place at 10-15 degrees, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
