"Blue" SOS rice - medium-grain rice, excellently absorbs and retains water, so the rice grains do not stick together.

Ideal for preparing various risottos and paella, its taste enhances the harmony between the ingredients of the dish. It is also often used for creamy desserts and puddings.

Average cooking time is 18-20 minutes.
