In 1912, George Monin created the brand in Bourges, France. The brand's slogan at the time was: "passion for quality". Quality is still a defining concept in the company's life today, where every bottle bears a lot number, so it can be traced back to which materials and by whom the product was made. MONIN products do not contain artificial preservatives, yet they have a long shelf life (3 years). They contain natural ingredients, with a high fruit content - from selected fruits. They use 100% cane sugar as a sweetener.
