Sliced mushrooms, quick-frozen

Suggested use

To avoid loss of flavour and discolouration, do not defrost the product in advance. Add the quick-frozen, sliced mushrooms to hot dishes or cook/bake separately. Cooking/baking time min. 5 minutes.

Storage

Store frozen between -18 and -25°C. Do not refreeze the product after thawing!
