Their shop opened its doors to customers with celiac disease in March 2006. In 2009, they started to make baked goods on site, which have become very popular.

They are constantly expanding their product range in line with the needs of their customers with celiac disease: you can buy numerous gluten-free bread mixes, cake mixes, pasta, pastries and breakfast cereals in their shop, which are strictly sourced from distributors with gluten-free certification. In the interest of healthier nutrition, they have reduced the sugar content of 5 of their products within a year, which makes up 20% of their product range.

They undertake to help disadvantaged children with celiac disease with their nutrition, so that the transition to a gluten-free diet is easy and can be implemented even in the absence of adequate financial background.
