About the brand
Italians believe that the best sparkling wine is Italian, and it is produced by the oldest company, which is Cinzano. Although many people know the Cinzano brand not for its sparkling wines, but for its world-famous vermouths, under the Cinzano brand name we can also find fantastic sparkling wines, which have deservedly earned their place in the premium category.
Cinzano is often compared to Martini sparkling wine, however, many see the most significant difference in the fact that there are more sparkling wines in the Cinzano brand's offer. Cinzano sparkling wine was one of the first foreign sparkling wines to become known. In its offer, we can find primarily sweet sparkling wines, which are recommended to be consumed after meals, chilled to ice-cold. Although Cinzano became known and famous for its vermouths, it has also created something lasting in terms of sparkling wines, just think of the Cinzano Asti sparkling wine.
The Cinzano company created Cinzano sparkling wines by capitalizing on its experience in winemaking and vermouth production, which have since become world-famous and have become popular throughout Europe. The production of sparkling wine began in Cinzano's life in the 19th century, when the Savoy rulers asked them to offer their expertise to create Italy's first sparkling wine. The drink was so successful that from then on, Cinzano's product range was expanded with sparkling wines and sparkling wines, and these special flavors are still being made to this day.
