GAL Preconception
The product, which is intended to supplement minerals, vitamins and trace elements, has been supplemented with vitamin C containing the lipophilic and hydrophilic essence, L-ascorbic acid and organic plant extracts. Its active ingredients are found in nature, and a significant part of them comes from organically grown ingredients. The utilization of the active ingredients extracted from organic medicinal and spice plants has been enhanced with BioPerine®.
Dosage
All four capsules can be taken at once with the main meals during the day. However, it is more ideal to take them in the morning or during the day, rather than in the evening.
If you want to maximize utilization or have a sensitive stomach, the following dosage is recommended:
- Vitamin C - white - capsule: take the white capsule on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal,
- Hydrophilic essence hard gelatin - yellow - capsules: take one during the first main meal and one during the second main meal,
- Lipophilic essence soft gelatin capsule: the soft gelatin oil capsules can be taken with any main meal, but it is best to take them with the meal that is richest in fat, not in the evening.
