The well-known Suntory company was previously known mainly for whiskies, and now here is their new gin, which is the first joint gin after the merger of Beam and Suntory in 2014. The use of six Japanese spices represents the four seasons - cherry leaf and flower for spring, sencha and gyokuro tea for summer, sansho pepper for autumn and yuzu peel for winter. In addition to these, traditional gin spices also found their place in the drink, including indispensable juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander and cinnamon.
