Potato GNOCCHI is part of the wide range of ARRIGHI pasta. They are versatile, excellent for simple and light recipes, but can also be combined with tastier and more full-bodied ingredients. They recall ancient times, when simple and genuine ingredients were processed, such as flour and potatoes, and the result is a concentrate of rich tradition.

It does not require controlled storage temperature, it is made with excellent quality raw materials. Authentic Italian pasta dish, easy to prepare. Requires cooking.

The beginning of their pasta-making adventure dates back two centuries, in the years when there were already 3 small artisan pasta factories.  The Berruto family becomes the owner of a mill in Chieri, where wheat is ground to produce flour and semolina, the roots of a family tradition that is inextricably linked to pasta.Renato Arrighi founds the pasta factory of the same name in Carmagnola, launches the brand and begins the fortunate marketing of the product in the nascent large-scale distribution. The path of this company soon turned, especially from the 70s onwards, mainly towards foreign markets, so much so that in the 90s Arrighi was one of the leading pasta exporters in the difficult US market. The Berruto family acquires the majority of Arrighi, giving a glimpse of the strong will to bring together the pasta-making traditions of the Piedmontese territory, where their entrepreneurial adventure takes shape under a single management. The strength of this organization creates the basis for the further growth of the company, which took place in the following years. 

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
