Mushroom growing KIT

The mushroom growing kit comes from more than thirty years of cultivation and production experience. Fungo Puglia has so far put more than 100,000 kits into circulation with exciting results.

Instructions for use

1. find a cool (10-15°C), preferably damp and relatively dark place for the mushroom grower.
2. Unpack the mushroom growing bag from the paper packaging and cut off the top of the plastic bag, and cut the bottom and side as well.
3. place the bag on a tray
4. First water the cut bag from above, with about 3 deciliters of water, so that the medium can get thoroughly wet.
5. after this, water the bag daily, but from below, soaking up the water. The goal is that the medium never dries out, but there is no water under it.
6. after this, a slower process starts, the mushroom threads start to develop, then the mushroom bodies, this is a process of about 2-3 weeks.

The mushroom growing kit contains the already inoculated and incubated growth substrate, which is ready to produce excellent selected mushrooms in about ten days in the Bari Murgia forests. The cultivation is very simple, and the kit contains illustrated instructions for good cultivation and each kit produces about one kg of excellent Cardoncelli per month. At the end of the growing cycle, the exhausted substrate can be used as a supplement to potted plants with excellent agronomic results. The appendix also contains a prospectus with useful information on cultivation, some delicious recipes.
