Vegetable mix with sweet potato. Broccoli, onion and peanut butter? The Medi-Tater Stew is a garlicky, spicy stir-fry based on roasted onions and refined with peanuts, banana slices and pea sprouts. Try it and indulge in the vegan delicacies from our kitchen!
Plant-based foods fill you up without weighing you down. We created this bowl together with Julia Ulrich, Rohlik's wonderful chef. She taught us how to make delicious plant-based dishes that you'll love even if you're a real meat lover.
100% PLANT-BASED! You may wonder how we managed to make the dish taste so good even though it doesn't contain any meat? Julia never wants to compromise on her recipes, which is why we used meat alternatives in this bowl.
Preparation instructions
- Put the contents of the package in a pan and heat in steam or over a low heat for about 5 minutes.
- We recommend that you separate the side dish and the main course and heat them up separately. If necessary, add a little water.
- To heat in the microwave, pierce the foil in several places.
- Place the tray in the microwave and heat for 3-4 minutes at 700 W.
- The dish is not suitable for preparation in the oven in its original packaging.
- Stir well before serving!
About The Green Garden
Julia started The Green Garden to convince people that they don't have to eat meat every day. Julia's dishes look fantastic and taste even better. After tasting Julia's creations, we decided to launch a new, 100% plant-based line together. Julia teaches us how to prepare the dishes, and we make them for you in our Prague kitchen.
The founder of The Green Garden, Julia, actually wanted to study art history and Spanish. But at some point she came up with the idea of a vegan-vegetarian restaurant. She collected all the food trends and created vegan delicacies from them. She founded a successful vegan restaurant in Salzburg, which is popular even with meat-eaters, and turned her restaurant into a successful online business during the pandemic.
Why is her concept so successful? She says, eating The Green Garden is like eating a rainbow. Colourful food simply makes people happier.
