Frozen fattened goose wing
Frozen, cleaned, vacuum-packed, raw fattened goose wing.
Use
After thawing and opening, season to taste and bake.
Serving suggestion
Roasted goose wing with fried potatoes, steamed broccoli
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of goose wing
- honey
- 2 tablespoons of goose fat
- 2 red onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 sprigs of thyme
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 6 potatoes
- half a head of broccoli
- ketchup
Preparation:
- Salt and pepper the goose wings, drizzle with honey. Peel and halve the onions.
- Grease a baking tray with goose fat, place the goose wing pieces on it, the thyme, the onions next to it, put fat on them too, then put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 1 hour until crispy.
- Boil the potatoes in their skins, then peel them and fry them in duck fat. Steam the broccoli.
Storage
Store frozen at -18°C or below.
