Cseles is an alcoholic adult syrup. Concentrate, just like in your childhood. Top it up with soda and it's ready! A real summer flavour. Classic elderflower, flavoured with lemon. Who doesn't love elderflower?! It refreshes you on hot days, or helps you remember them during the winter shivers.

Preparation

Dilute in a ratio of 1:6 with soda!

We all have a strong attachment to syrup. We can almost see our grandmother conjuring up our favourite drink from a little red syrup and some water on the dining table in no time. You can never outgrow syrup, which is why they wanted to create a version of it that is even more suited to adulthood and can be an integral part of our social life.
Cseles is a light, alcoholic, fruity refreshment that is perfect for loud laughter, deep conversations, obligatory family dinners and random get-togethers with friends.

One of the biggest advantages of Cseles, just like in the case of a syrup, is its compactness (you can make 7 litres of Cseles soda from 1 litre of Cseles). Essentially, you can make a Cseles soda by taking a 3 dl glass, pouring 4cl of Cseles into it and topping it up with soda or mineral water to taste.
If you want to make your drink even more refreshing, a slice of lemon and a few ice cubes will make the overall effect even more pleasant.

Suggested use

Cseles is recommended for those who prefer drinks with a lower alcohol content, like fruity flavours, don't like the strong taste of alcohol, are open to new things and like to try out their creativity by pairing different flavours and ingredients.

Words of the Cseles founders:

"Let's be honest, we'll be honest. We are simply two young people who think and brainstorm a lot, and one hot summer day, while sanding window frames, we ran out of booze. We wanted to drink something delicious that wasn't too strong and wasn't some kind of flavoured beer. On that day, we decided to make light alcoholic syrups that would provide a flavour experience and serve as the basis for casual drinking. Then we really got into it, or rather, we measured, seasoned, stirred and stirred, took away and added, tasted and tasted. Having destroyed the entire kitchen (to the delight of our wives), we experimented with Cseles, surrounded by various spices and fruits.

Finally, we pooled our remaining money, went through the manufacturing and bureaucratic processes, looked for partners, exchanged experiences and "voilà", Cseles was born! "
