Producer information

On August 1, 1882, József Törley registered his business under the name József Törley és Társa at the Budapest company court. The history of Törley champagnes thus goes back almost a century and a half. Open to novelties, Törley continuously developed its factory and the technology of champagne production – for example, it was the first in Hungary to introduce the process of disgorging (dégorgement) by freezing. Thanks to this, its plant became the country's most modern champagne factory by the turn of the century. In the following decades, the fame and flavour of Törley were already known from America to Australia, and the factory had depots in Hamburg, Berlin, and Copenhagen. The greatest recognition, however, was that Törley was already being drunk in Paris at that time.

Storage

Store at 10-15 degrees, in a dark, closed place, consume within 1-2 days after opening.
