The service life of BWT water filter cartridges is 30 days, so they need to be replaced monthly. Therefore, it is worth ordering a larger package at once, which is also more cost-effective. The BWT Longlife Mg2+ filter cartridge is responsible for preparing filtered water. The task of the water filter cartridge is to clean the water from chlorine and heavy metals, and to add valuable magnesium* to the filtered water. This way, not only softer and cleaner water can be easily made at home, but it is also healthier. The water purifier cartridge also takes care of your family's health. One jug a day covers nearly 20% of the daily magnesium intake for adults. What is more, the end result will be water with a fine, mineral water taste.

Technical characteristics of a BWT Longlife Mg2+ water filter cartridge:

• One water filter cartridge can be used for 30 days or to purify 120 liters of water.
• Its shape is oval.
• The package contains 5+1 water filter cartridges.

The water filter complies with the microbiological requirements of DIN 10521 for filtered water. The water filter meets the criteria for filtering out chlorine, lead* and copper, according to the requirements of DIN 10521. * The extent of the reduction depends on the concentration level in the water to be treated. BWT products are manufactured according to strict quality regulations and HACCP requirements.

Storage

Always store the spare filter cartridges in their original packaging until the cartridge is replaced. The spare filter cartridges should be stored in a cool place and protected from direct sunlight.
