Use
It can be eaten raw, baked, grilled, but flour, flakes, and chips are also made from it. If you do not want to eat it raw, you can also make such exciting sweets as banana bread.
Banana bread / 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 22 dkg fine flour
- 2 pcs eggs
- 10 dkg sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 10 dkg butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 medium pcs bananas
- 10 dkg dark chocolate
Preparation:
- Except for the chocolate, put everything in a large mixing bowl and mix until smooth with a food processor until you get a smoother dough. If the banana is too juicy, you can add a little flour. (There will be banana pieces left, which will become nicely uniform during baking.)
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the dough.
- Butter and flour the loaf pan, then pour the dough into it.
- Bake the banana bread at 180 C for about 45 minutes until done. Check with a needle test to see if it is baked through.
Storage
Store at 14-16 C°.
