Ingredients for 2 people

  • 2 x 250 g HúsSzabóság pork loin
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 400 grams of peaches (canned)
  • 50 ml bourbon

Preparation

  1. Place a ribbed pan on the hob, high temperature with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Season the loins with sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Put the meats in the pan, fry them on high heat for 3-4 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and the fat melts out. Carefully turn the slices so that they cook for 5-5 minutes on both sides.
  4. Meanwhile, peel the garlic and slice it finely. Cut the rosemary leaves from the stems.
  5. Put the loins on a plate, drain 90% of the fat from the pan into a jar. So that you can use it another time. Then sprinkle in the garlic. Stir regularly until golden brown, then add the rosemary and the four drained peach halves, flat side down.
  6. Turn golden brown on the fire, then put the loins back in the pan. Add the bourbon, and carefully light it with a match. Be careful! This step can be skipped if you are not sure of yourself.
