Kotányi Apricot Jam Magic

Classic apricot jam at home - with Jam Magic you can conjure up a perfectly fruity delicacy in no time at all.  In no time at all you can make delicious jams from apricots, wild berries, plums or other seasonal fruits. Gelling agent for making apricot jam. Excellent flavours with less sugar. Ready in 20 minutes. Contains agar-agar (100% vegetable gelling agent). Does not require stewing.

May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, eggs, milk (lactose), celery, soya and sesame seeds.

Preparation suggestion

Apricot jam / made from 1 kg of fruit: 

• 1 kg apricots 
• 250 g sugar 
• 1 packet of KOTÁNYI Apricot Jam Magic

Preparation:

• Chop the washed, drained fruit and bring to the boil in a large saucepan with the sugar and Jam Magic.
• Purée thoroughly, then simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly.
• Pour into sterile preserving jars, seal and turn upside down for at least 5 minutes.
• Does not require stewing, the jam is ready after cooling.

Tip
Sugar can be replaced with erythritol or xylitol.
