It can be consumed all year round. The name snake cucumber refers to the shape of the vegetable. Basically, the varieties used for raw consumption are called salad cucumbers, and one of their basic types is the snake cucumber. It is at least 20 cm long, straight, with a smooth skin and seedless flesh.

Imre Kertészet uses modern, hydroponic cultivation, which has several advantages, such as controlling plant growth. They use biological plant protection. They cultivate on 5000 square meters, of which 4000 square meters is a greenhouse and 1000 square meters is a foil tunnel. They deliver more than half a million cucumbers a year.
Use
The ancient Indian food, the snake cucumber, is used in many ways: we eat it, mix it into creams and apply it to ourselves, or simply slice it and cool our tired eyes with it.
