Broccoli rice is an easy way to increase your daily vegetable intake! 100% broccoli cut into small pieces, resembling the texture of rice or couscous. It can be used in many ways and variations, either as a side dish or mixed with other vegetables or e.g. quinoa. Easy to prepare in a few minutes. Contains no preservatives.

Instructions

Fry in a little oil over medium heat for 7 minutes! Season to taste!
