Ham has a long tradition with the German Wein family: since 1966, they have been making their specialities in the small town of Freudenstadt-Musbach, in the middle of the Black Forest. The classic is of course the real Black Forest ham, which is smoked over local pine and juniper branches. The products' delicious flavour is thanks to the carefully selected ingredients and the tried-and-tested family recipe. Their most important ingredients are: quality, care and patience. They pay attention to every detail, from selecting the ingredients to packaging.
