Kotányi Roasted Chicken Seasoning Salt

Rub the chicken with Kotányi Roasted Chicken Seasoning Salt before roasting or grilling and let it stand for a short time so that the flavours can penetrate the meat.
We recommend it with pan-fried chicken breast.
Ingredients
1 chicken, 1 packet of Kotányi Roasted Chicken Seasoning Salt, 15 ml olive oil, 50 ml white wine, 400 g small potatoes, 2 handfuls of fresh rosemary, 50 g butter.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection).
- Cut the chicken into pieces. Mix the Kotányi Roasted Chicken Seasoning Salt with olive oil and brush the chicken pieces with it.
- Pour the white wine into a baking tray.
- Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and add them to the white wine and add the fresh rosemary.
- Place the chicken pieces on top and cover and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, place the butter on the chicken pieces and bake for another 10-12 minutes until the chicken is crispy.
